While Dr. Kesani recommended and guided me through conservative treatment initially, a cervical fusion was eventually my only choice. After surgery, I immediately felt relief! I had full use of my hands back, and was up walking that same night! Recovery was minimal, and I feel better than ever!

He explains all of the options available, and utilizes a team approach, which you as the patient are a part of, to provide the best quality of care possible. On last visit he referred me to an orthopedic doctor for a knee issue and as soon as I got home,that office called and set up an appointment for 2 days later. As far as my back is concerned, it is amazing that I can say I am pain free after spending over a year in intense pain
